She Does Cardio Tennis

“I am addicted to cardio tennis,” Rebecca told News.Au. “I play for two hours twice a week because it’s really fun. It’s a total game changer.” She added: “There’s no serving. It’s a cardio workout where the music blares, the coach just feeds you balls, you do awesome drills with lots of running, and it’s 60 minutes that goes so quickly. It’s the only exercise I’ve ever done in my life where I look at my watch and I go, ‘Damn it, there’s only 10 minutes left’, whereas usually I when I’m exercising I’m always watching my clock wanting it to be over.”
She Does Pilates

Rebecca loves doing Pilates to keep herself in shape, and she loves going to classes. Rebecca praised a new Pilates class she took in an Instagram post from her studio. “I’ve done Pilates for ten years but never like that,” she wrote in the caption. “Whoah- what an amazing workout. Give us a few weeks and we’ll be 💪🏽.”

Rebecca captioned the video, “Whether it’s a no equipment 20 min HIIT on my bedroom floor, a yoga flow or a mat Pilates sesh, I’ve been moving my body a lot. I want to come out of iso stronger and fitter than I’ve ever been, and it’s working.”
She Does High-Intensity Training
Rebecca does high-intensity interval training, which she designed with Keep It Cleaner. “This is a workout I designed using the KIC HIIT Timer and my favourite segments from a range of no equipment HIIT workouts from the @keepitcleaner app,” she wrote. “Let’s call this one the ‘Bec Burner’ 😉 It goes for 20 minutes and is 4 sets of 5 minutes.”
