Keys works with trainers, Jeanette Jenkins and Anna Kaiser, to help her stay in shape. Working with personal trainers and other fitness experts has a lot of benefits. The Australian Institute of Fitness states, "Having an educated personal trainer beside you to demonstrate the correct posture and technique is invaluable. A personal trainer will ensure clients are performing exercises correctly and efficiently, in order to maximise results. Good form when performing exercises is also essential in reducing the risk of injury. Many people every year are seriously injured by performing exercises they have not received training for, and this can impact their health and fitness for a long time. Having someone trained in how to execute certain tasks will greatly reduce the level of risk and increase the effectiveness of your fitness routine."

Keys and Jenkins shared this workout video with POPSugar. In it, they are seen doing yoga poses and stretches. Harvard Health states that yoga has a lot of benefits. "Yoga is known for its ability to soothe tension and anxiety in the mind and body. But it can also have an impact on a person's exercise capacity. Researchers studied a small group of sedentary individuals who had not practiced yoga before. After eight weeks of practicing yoga at least twice a week for a total of 180 minutes, participants had greater muscle strength and endurance, flexibility and cardio-respiratory fitness."

In the POPSugar video, Jenkins and Keys are seen doing high-intensity interval training. In it, they do exercises like high knees, side jumps with a reach, and squat lunges. Harvard Health states that HIIT has a lot of benefits. "The main advantage to HIIT is that you can boost your cardiovascular fitness faster by working harder instead of longer. Some small, short-term studies hint that HIIT workouts can produce equal or greater improvements in blood pressure and blood sugar compared with moderate-intensity exercise."

I haven't not known my power, but now I'm clearly aware of all of it, as opposed to just pieces of it."
