Villegas is open about her struggles with her mental health. In this video on her YouTube channel, she talks about what she does to take care of herself. Villegas says that she did research on mental health to better understand it. "I started Googling, I went full on Google doing the most research I can."

She Changed Her Diet

In the same video, Villegas revealed that her mental health was giving her stomach problems and was being affected by her diet. She revealed that she cut a lot of things out of her diet to improve herself. "I've been drinking coffee my whole life," she starts. "I saw coffee's not good for me, so I completely cut it. I cut sodas. No processed juices. I completely stopped everything that is processed."

Another thing that Villegas does to help with her mental health is listen to music. In her YouTube video, she says, "I always say this, 'Sing when you're sad. Sing when you're happy.' If you sing when you're sad, you are gonna be happy. If you sing when you're happy, you're gonna be extra happy."

Villegas is sure of herself and has a lot of confidence in herself. She wrote on Instagram, "People often confuse being entitled with knowing what you deserve! The reason I am where I am, and I'll be where I'll be, is because I always knew I can get and deserve greater things. My background doesn't define me but my dreams and perseverance does."
