She Puts In the Hard Work

Julia doesn't take shortcuts to getting in shape. In one of the show's tell alls she slammed Yara Zaya for promoting plastic surgery. She is plainer that young people have become "lazy" by opting to go under the knife instead of working hard at the gym.

She Was a Bodybuilder

Prior to going on the show Julia was a bodybuilder and even competed. "These were my first competition in the fitness category. after preparing myself for a competition on my own, I started to train other people. I performed for 3 years in a row in different cities," she captioned a post.

Training Didn't Work for Her

When she moved to the US she tried to lose weight a variety of ways but nothing worked. "In the season happily ever after, I had hormonal imbalance, food, flights, stress and I gained weight. I trained, spent most of the day on the street running with the dogs, helping on the farm, but the weight did not go away," she shared in another post.

Yoga Transformer Her Figure

Then, she found yoga. "I didn't really like and perceived yoga as a sport, but I began to do yoga once a week and the weight began to return to normal, naturally I continued to do loads," she wrote in the same post. "conclusion : a lot of problems depends on problems in the head, even weight problems."

She Snowboards

Julia recently started snow sports. "first time i'm skiing. first time, it didn't work out badly. I had speed, Brandon could not catch up with me, and I could not stop. 😄we thought that I would fly," she wrote. Then, she tried snowboarding. "It seems to me that this will be our favorite pastime in cold weather. I choose snowboarding, perhaps because it is better to handle than skis."
