Natalie Mordovtseva announced some exciting news via her social media account over the weekend, showing off her famous figure in the process. “Dear followers 😜I’m having a great news!” she said, announcing new videos coming to her YouTube channel. “Can’t wait to share with you some great changes in my life.” How does the star maintain her fit physique? 1. She Follows the Keto Diet

After gaining weight after moving to the United States, Natalie dropped several clothing sizes by going on the keto diet. The trendy diet emphasizes high-fat foods, severely restricting carbohydrates. Jason Ewoldt, RDN, LD, a wellness dietitian at Mayo Clinic Healthy Living Program (HLP) maintains that 60% to 80% of calories should come from fat, a moderate amount of protein, and less than 50 grams of carbohydrates a day.

2. She Does Intermittent Fasting

As part of the keto diet, Natalie does intermittent fasting. She opts for the 16:8 intermittent method, which entails eating during an eight hour window. " Intermittent fasting is just when you restrict your eating for a period of time. It can be done in many ways. Fasting can be done by the amount of hours you're not eating in a day, if it's by days in the week or it could also entail a caloric fast," says Julia Zumpano, RD, to the Cleveland Clinic. "Generally, fasting means that you should not be eating any solid food and also not consuming any beverages that have calories. Coffee is an exception and so is tea. They technically have five calories or less per serving, but no drink that actually has carbohydrate-based calories. You can drink water, black coffee and unsweetened tea. In some cases you can have a small amount of cream in your coffee, as long as it does not provide a substantial amount of calories or carbohydrates."

3. She Has a Trick for Looking Rested

Natalie has a secret trick for looking rested. She revealed to a fan that she takes aloe vera leaves, cuts them into small pieces, and places them in the freezer. Once frozen she peels the aloe vera and massages them on her face and lips. “Perfect way to remove dark circles under the eyes and tighten the skin,” she said.

4. She Loves Cooking

Natalie loves cooking. She loves it so much that she started posting cooking vlogs on Youtube. One of her favorite dishes? Salmon and salad. Pasta with shrimp, sushi, stuffed bell peppers, and italian pizza are a few more of her favorites.

5. This Is Her Breakfast

Natalie, who has disclosed that she tries not to eat much meat other than fish, recently revealed her go-to breakfast on social media. She starts with water and plain black coffee. Then, she eats a fruit salad consisting of mango, apples, kiwi, and raspberry.
