Actress Aahana Kumra is spending time in Aliabagh. One of the things that she is doing while she’s there is spending time in the pool. Kumra posted a new photo on Instagram of herself in the water. 1. She Starts Her Day Off With Healthy Food and Water
Kumra revealed some of her health and wellness secrets in an interview with Herzindagi.com. She says that she eats pretty healthy, starting first thing in the morning. Kumra revealed that she eats a pretty healthy breakfast. She says, "I have badam and walnuts in the morning, and after that I take a glass full of water."
2. She Cooks All Her Food

Kumra tells Herzindagi.com that she makes sure to eat pretty healthy. One of the things she does to do so is by cooking most of her food. Kumra says that she only orders food once in a while, and the rest of the time, she cooks all her own meals. “I eat everything that is cooked at home. I don't really follow a diet program. I always stick to roti, dal, sabzi, chawal, healthy homemade food."
3. She Uses Organic Skincare Products

Kumra has incredible skin, and she makes sure to take care of it. She tells Herzindagi.com that she takes her skincare seriously. She says that she uses a lot of organic skincare products, and she makes some of them at home. "I have always used ubtan on my face, which I prepare using besan, malai, milk, turmeric and Sarson ka tel,” she says. “I just put that on for a bit, leave it for some time and then scrub it off."
4. She Works Out At Home

The COVID-19 pandemic didn’t stop Kumra from working out. She tells Herzindagi.com that she does a lot of at-home workouts to help her stay in shape. "I am working out everyday inside the house, doing a HIT training or Tabata routine. I try not to miss a day of workout."
5. She Skis

Kumra loves to try new things to workout. Even if she’s not great at them. One thing Kumra learned how to do was ski. She posted this reel on Instagram of herself taking a skiing lesson. She captioned the reel, “I got no chills! I do Bone breaking thrills!! Please don’t try this at home.”
