Before a photoshoot, Clancy makes sure to eat healthy. She revealed her typical process to Closer Online. "I normally just cut out junk food when I want to shape up. Before a photo shoot, I avoid stodge and eat food like fish and veg, which you can digest easily, so you don't get a bloated stomach. Drinking lots of water helps, too."

In order to model, Clancy has to take care of her hair. She revealed some of her secrets and products to The Guide Liverpool. "I stopped having my hair bleached and tinted so often. I also introduced oils into my hair regime to add some extra moisture and ensure that it was kept in good condition."

"I always have facials with Sunita at Paul Edmonds who is an absolute guru and has totally transformed my skin," she says. "I also try to drink a lot of water and green juice to give my skin a boost and keep it hydrated, especially after not getting much sleep!"
