"My friend Nichola Joss does something called an inner facial massage, where she can tighten your muscles by going inside your mouth. It's so painful, but it really works."

Clancy told Express that she loves to do Pilates as a way to help herself stay in shape. She adds that sometimes her mom will join her for a quick session. "Me and my mum do the Reformer Pilates, which just gives me more energy and strength to be able to look after my big, heavy long babies," she says. "I have to be strong for that."

Clancy has a flat stomach, and she works hard for it. She tells Closer that loves Pilates and other exercises that work out her core. "I've been doing more core work for fitness," she explained. "After having my third baby, I did feel quite weak and tired… Doing your pelvic floor exercises and working on your core, you just feel stronger."

Clancy tells Closer that when it comes to her diet, she eats pretty healthy, especially when she has a modeling job coming up. "I normally just cut out junk food when I want to shape up. Before a photo shoot I avoid stodge and eat food like fish and veg, which you can digest easily, so you don't get a bloated stomach. Drinking lots of water helps, too."
