Abbey Clancy is enjoying the last few weeks of summer in her swimsuit! The mother-of-three shows off her curves in a swimsuit via her latest social media post. “What a day,” the 36-year-old captioned the series of Instagram snaps taken while on vacation with her family. How does the WAG keep herself in such fabulous physical form? Read on to see 6 of Abbey Clancy’s top tips for staying in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. Do Pilates

Abbey is a big pilates fan. “I’m definitely not a runner, but I love doing Reformer Pilates and aerobic classes. Whenever I finish a session I always have more energy and my body feels really toned,” she told Health & Wellbeing. “There are always new exercises and fads that come and go, but I always end up going back to Pilates-based activities, because they give me everything my body needs.”

2. Find Workout Buddies

THE JOURNEY Presented By Sassan Behnam-Bakhtiar & Ali Jassim In Saint-Jean-Cap-FerratDave Benett/Getty Images

Abbey uses her workouts as an excuse to spend time with friends. “As everyone’s so busy, it can be hard to arrange a catch-up with my friends, so we often go to a Pilates class together and grab a healthy breakfast afterwards – it’s the perfect way to motivate each other and we squeeze in a gossip whilst working out,” she added.

3. Stay Active

Even when Abbey isn’t in the gym, she has a bunch of hobbies that keep her blasting calories. “I’ve always been a very active person and love to get up and be outside as much as possible,” she revealed. “There’s nothing better than riding my horse in the countryside – I can’t wait to get back in the saddle this summer.”

4. Everything in Moderation

Naked Heart Foundation's Fund FairDave Benett/Getty Images

“My fitness mantra is to do something you enjoy but don’t push yourself too hard,” Abbey said. “It’s great to eat as healthily as possible and to give your body everything it needs but at the same time, try not to be too strict with yourself because you have to enjoy your life. If you want a piece of chocolate, don’t beat yourself up about it. And if that glass of wine on a Friday night makes you happy, drink up – everything in moderation.”

5. Cheat

Abbey is all about the occasional cheat meal. “I have a real sweet tooth. I love cakes and biscuits with a cup of tea but I try to limit how often I have them,” she said. “When I indulge I usually go for a pizza at the weekend. I don’t have it every day but now and again I really fancy one and don’t hold back. If I deny myself anything it can put me in a really bad mood and I think about it all the more.”

6. Drink Nutritious Juices

Selection,Of,Vegetable,Juices,And,Ingredients,,Wood,Board,,White,WoodShutterstock

“I can’t start the day without making a green juice,” Abbey dished. “I throw in any fruit, vegetables, nuts and super powders that I have in the fridge and I’ve noticed such a difference in my energy levels, my skin is really clear and my hair feels stronger. Without one I feel sluggish, tired and crave unhealthier foods, so I always make sure I’ve stocked up on healthy ingredients. I feel better knowing that I’ve had my vitamins and minerals for the day, so anything extra is a bonus.”

1. She Has Learned to Love Herself

“HAPPY INTERNATIONAL WOMENS DAY ✨ Today is a day where we can celebrate us. I have so many women in my life who inspire me every day and I wanted to give a little something today that can hopefully inspire one of you. Loving our imperfections can be difficult, but when you learn to embrace them and realise that our imperfections don’t define us, they are just a part of us alongside everything else that creates you as a person. None of us are the same, and that’s a special thing. We are one of a kind 🤍 This picture shows me at my most vulnerable… but I’m learning to love myself, imperfections and all. And so should you,” she wrote once.

2. She Was Once “Unhealthily Skinny”

"I went from a size 10 to a six, and it’s the smallest I’ve ever been as a young adult. Because of my height, this made me look unhealthily skinny, of which I was (not eating barely anything, feeling ill all the time, tired, dizzy) and I remember looking at myself, I’d lost my boobs and my bum and those curves I once had and I missed them,” she wrote on Instagram. "The point of this [is], since coming out of Love Island, I found my love for food again and yes I’m getting back to my usual size."

3. She Likes a Nice Bath

“Drowning my sorrows in the bath because my Met Gala invite got lost 💔…,” she captioned one recent photo. Consider adding Epsom salt. “Pour about 300 grams (1.25 cups) of Epsom salt into a clean bathtub as it fills with hot water. (Avoid using Epsom salt in a tub with jets, a hot tub or a whirlpool bath unless the manufacturer says it’s OK.),” says the Cleveland Clinic.

4. This is Her Skin Icon

ITV Palooza! 2021 - ArrivalsSamir Hussein/WireImage

"At the moment the make-up I use does change fairly often, not necessarily my staples like concealer and foundation, but I do switch up the bronzers, blushers and mascara that I use,” she has said. Her icon? "Meghan Markle, her skin is absolutely flawless – her make-up always looks lovely as her make-up always looks lovely and natural."

5. She Has Had Acne

Pride Of Britain Awards 2021 - Red Carpet ArrivalsMike Marsland/WireImage

“I suffered from acne about a year and a half ago and then I started to work with a skin aesthetician, who helped me to find my skincare routine and helped me to start dealing with the breakouts. Now that my acne has gone, we are on more of a journey to find the right products; doing treatments like microneedling once a month to deal with the scarring. I am so happy with the outcome because the difference from what it was to now is just incredible. I genuinely used to think there was never going to be a time when I could get rid of the acne and I think when you are suffering you think it’s going to be with you forever. Don’t get me wrong, it isn’t an overnight process – it took me a year and a half to be acne free, but through a good skincare routine and using the right products it can be combated. My skin aesthetician advised me that the products you use to treat acne don’t start working for 4-6 months, so it took six months before I started to see a difference. The secret to good skin is also about good lifestyle, it’s all about looking after the inside to make your skin glow,” she told Hello.

Redknapp even made a documentary about it. It was called The Truth About Size Zero, and talked about the singer’s struggles with her weight, and the dangers of losing too much weight. “Everything he said shocked me. It’s a shame. If every woman in the country, or every woman in the world, that wants to lose weight and become really skinny, if they could all just have half an hour sat down with a doctor telling them exactly what's going to happen to them, I think you’d get very few of them that would carry on with it," she told Sassy Bella.

3. She Does Pilates

Redknapp talked about her approach to life in an interview with Red magazine. She says that she aims to be fearless. “When I was having a really rough time with everything, a close friend said to me: ‘Be fearless’,” she explained. “I lost the meaning of these words for a while and I'm working hard to get it back.”

5. Don't Be Quiet, She Says

In her memoir, Redknapp talked about what led to her divorce, and what she learned from it. She says that she is no longer afraid to say what she needs to say. “Once you run too fast, you can’t make up the ground you’ve lost. Stop, say what you need, say what you think, don’t be afraid to say what’s really going on. You don’t have to be quiet."

Abbey Clancy is throwing out some major tropical vibes. In her latest Instagram post, the 36-year-old mother-of-three flaunts her famous figure in a palm tree print swimsuit. In addition to lots of fire emojis, her followers unanimously agreed that she looked stunning in the swimwear. “Oh so beautiful,” wrote one. “Stunning. Wow,” commented another. 1. She Does Pilates

Abbey’s go-to workout is pilates. “I’m definitely not a runner, but I love doing Reformer Pilates and aerobic classes. Whenever I finish a session I always have more energy and my body feels really toned,” she told Health & Wellbeing. She even makes her pilates workouts social. “As everyone’s so busy, it can be hard to arrange a catch-up with my friends, so we often go to a Pilates class together and grab a healthy breakfast afterwards – it’s the perfect way to motivate each other and we squeeze in a gossip whilst working out,” she added. “There are always new exercises and fads that come and go, but I always end up going back to Pilates-based activities, because they give me everything my body needs.”

2. She Stays Active

Abbey maintains an active lifestyle. “I don’t work out a huge amount but I try to include exercise in my everyday life somehow and I’m lucky that I’ve got an active lifestyle,” she added. “I admit that genetically I am very fortunate (all of my family are tall and lean) but my body really enjoys a good workout.” One way she stays fit is taking long walks with her kids. “I’m up early with my daughter every day, we walk to school and then I’m busy working all day, sometimes into the evening.”

3. She Pays More Attention to Diet and Workout When She Has a Job

“I’m like every other woman and get insecure about my body from time to time – it’s only natural. Modeling swimwear and lingerie means that I’m on show in front of a lot of people, a lot of the time, so I need to be mindful of what I eat, otherwise, I won’t feel my best and it’ll show in the pictures. Because of that, I’m really conscious of training enough, looking after myself and making sure that I still keep a womanly shape with curves in all the right places,” she said. “If I know that I have a photoshoot or event coming up I make sure that I watch what I eat a bit more and take an extra class or two to give me a confidence boost.”

4. She Rides Horses

Abbey is an experienced equestrian. “I’ve always been a very active person and love to get up and be outside as much as possible,” she revealed. “There’s nothing better than riding my horse in the countryside – I can’t wait to get back in the saddle this summer.”

5. She Dances

Abbey maintains that when she went on the show Strictly Come Dancing her body changed dramatically.”We were training for seven hours a day, almost every day, so I did drop weight and became seriously toned, but I also lost my boobs, which I hated! It was great to see what my body could do but I missed having curves and a more womanly figure. It’s only when I look back at pictures from that time that I realize how different it looked, six-pack and all! I loved my time on the show so much that I didn’t realize it was also a really intense workout, which is the key to keep exercise interesting,” she said.

6. She Believes in Moderation

7. This Is What She Eats in a Day

Abbey has a “huge appetite” and has to eat first thing in the morning. “Today I’ve had muesli followed by poached eggs and smoked salmon but it’s usually toast, cereal or something hot,” she said. She also loves to cook. “I love to be in the kitchen and enjoy making hearty, home-cooked food for my family at mealtimes. My husband’s 6’7” and my brother (who lives with us) is 6’4”, so I’ve got these big, burly men in my house who need their plates to be piled high,” she continued. “I often make steak with a salad, jacket potatoes, fajitas, a massive fish pie or a big roast dinner on a Sunday. Being married to a footballer helps with my diet because he needs a lot of protein and the right nutrients to nourish his body, which rubs off on me.”

8. She Cheats

9. She Drinks Green Juice

“I can’t start the day without making a green juice,” Abbey confessed.

Over the past few years, Sydney Sweeney has become one of America’s sweethearts with celebrated roles in everything from hit HBO shows Euphoria and White Lotus to big-screen movies Once Upon a Time in Hollywood and Anyone But You. In addition to her impressive acting ability, the star is a total bombshell and has one of the fittest figures in Hollywood. Here are the top 5 habits that help her stay fit at 27.

Water Skiing

Sydney Sweeney arrives to "The Road to the Golden Globes Party"

Sydney has been water skiing since she was a toddler. “The moment I could walk, my mom put me on what’s called a U-board to learn how to ski,” she told Women’s Health. “I remember that whenever we would go by the docks of my grandma’s or my cousin’s house, I’d wave. I felt so cool because I could take off one hand. That’s my earliest memory of skiing, but I’ve been doing it as long as I can remember. It’s my favorite.” How does it help her achieve her amazing body? “It’s a lot of upper body strength, it’s balance, it’s core, it’s legs—you get tired really fast,” she says. “I see such a change in my body after an entire summer of [skiing]. My arms are stronger, more sculpted. My abs are rock solid. But I never look at it as a workout because it is so much fun,” she said.

Morning Workouts

Sydney mixes up her exercise routine, but likes to get workouts over with early in the day. “I like to work out in the morning, so I’ll either go for a run or I’ll go to Solidcore,” says Sydney. The high-intensity, low-impact Pilates-inspired workout “makes me feel so strong, but also elongated,” Sydney said about her sweat sessions. “I feel so good afterwards.”

Self-Care

Sydney engages in self-care activities. “I love to paint, and I love to read,” she said. “Those are the activities that are just for me.” One Harvard study published in Social Science & Medicine found that people who read books regularly had a 20% lower risk of dying over the next 12 years than those who weren't readers or who read periodicals.

One of the ways she treats her anxiety is by spending time outdoors with her dog, Tank. She takes him on walks or hikes. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day reduced the risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia, and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.

Strength training may also help you:

  • Develop strong bones
  • Manage your weight
  • Enhance your quality of life
  • Manage chronic conditions

Other healthy habits? “Prioritizing digestion,” she writes in the same post. “Making sure I get enough fiber & starting off every morning with a juice cleanse. This has helped me feel so much better everyday.” She also gets regular blood work done. “So important to check your levels and know what’s going on in your body routinely! Don’t skip the doc apts, always better to be preventative.”

Hiking

Mariana enjoys hiking. “Elevation therapy,” she captioned a post from one of her fitness adventures. According to the National Parks Service, the physical benefits of hiking include:

  • Building stronger muscles and bones
  • Improving your sense of balance
  • Improving your heart health

Mariana does reformer Pilates. “POV: Stepping into the prettiest torture chamber,” she wrote across a video of herself at the studio. Why is Pilates a good workout? According to the Mayo Clinic, the workout has many benefits, as it “strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility, resulting in improved overall health.” It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, stress and back pain relief, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.

Emsculpt NEO

Mariana recently got an aesthetic body treatment, Emsculpt NEO. “I’ve heard all the rage about the benefits to spot reducing fat & toning muscle so I had to give it a try to target those pesky lower abs. It was a 10/10 & a great addition to my workout routine,” she wrote.
