She Lightens Up Her Diet Before A Job

As a model and presenter, Clancy has to watch her figure, and watch what she eats. She says to, "I normally just cut out junk food when I want to shape up. Before a photo shoot I avoid stodge and eat food like fish and veg, which you can digest easily, so you don't get a bloated stomach."

Clancy tells Closer that she believes in moderation when it comes to her diet. "I generally eat what I want to in moderation," she said. "I don't really struggle with my weight too much, so I don't have to be focused on what not to eat. But I like to eat well because it gives me energy and I feel less tired – and it's good for your skin and hair."

She's A Fan of Green Juices

Clancy tells Express that she is a fan of green juices, and that she drinks them everyday. "I do green juices everyday at home, everyone has them."

She Makes Sure To Stay Motivated

It can be difficult to stay motivated when working out, and Clancy has a way to stay motivated. She tells Hello!  "I think everybody exercises for different reasons, whether it's stress relief, to lose weight, tone up or for their overall health. For me it makes a massive difference to my energy levels and muscle tone. Especially with my job. I need to keep in shape and keeping fit is a nice release. You feel healthy and strong and that's my motivation. It makes me feel good."
