In Champion's model profile for Net-A-Porter, she revealed her approach to fitness. She says that she aims to workout on a regular basis, and that fitness is extremely important to her. "I workout every day, and if I'm in LA I do it twice a day," she says. "I do two hours of exercise and at least 30 minutes of recovery.'

She Does A Variety Of Classes

For Champion, working out is all about variety. She revealed in her profile for Net-A-Porter that she likes to take a lot of different classes to stay in shape. "I switch between five different classes: barre, pilates, dance cardio, hot pilates and a strength training class."

Champion has a large group of friends, and she loves to do different activities with them. She tells Net-A-Porter, "My friends and I do a lot of Running Charades, Uno and Go Fish and it gets very, very competitive. But honestly, I love anything that involves me being surrounded by my friends – it's always relaxing for me because it makes me feel comforted and loved.

She Hikes

Champion loves to spend time outside, and her Instagram account is full of outdoor photos. One thing that she likes to do is go hiking. She posted this set of photos of herself hiking in the hills by the beach with her dog. Champion captioned the post, "Daily walk with Champ."

She Bike Rides

Another outdoor activity Champion likes to do is bike ride. She posted this set of photos of herself hanging out with her friends at Alys Beach. In one photo, Champion and her friend are riding their bikes in the street. She captioned the post, "My favorite time of year."
