López lost weight on WW, formerly Weight Watchers. “After trying so hard - because it is one thing to want to do it and another is to be able to do it. I joined WW because I was looking to have a healthy lifestyle and something that would make me achieve it,” López told Hola. “It is a very personal decision. Besides wanting it, you have to work for that because the results do not come alone if you are not faithful to the process.” She added: “The sessions with my WW coach help me a lot to stay motivated and focused, and I have already lost more than 20 pounds.”

Adamari has done yoga on Noticia, with Miami-based yoga instructor Zarid Urbina. Here’s a great new tip from him: “When placing your hands to support your body make sure to spread the fingers wide and press from all four corners of the hand. Using the fingers tips to grip or claw creates more engagement and control in your poses. Our hands are tools. Use them wisely to create a better and more loving world. (Cuando usemos las manos, acordémonos de extender los dedos y presionar las manos firmes. Presionando la yema de los dedos ayuda a crear más estabilidad y control en la pose. Usemos nuestras manos como herramientas para crear un mundo mejor.)"

A breast cancer survivor herself, López fights for a cure. “I was 33 years old when I was diagnosed with breast cancer. It was at an excellent time in my career. I was in Mexico filming telenovelas and had just gotten engaged to my partner. One day I felt a little lump in one of my breasts. It surprised me. I went to the doctor. He thought that maybe it was just a normal occurrence during my period. He told me if the lump didn't go away, I should get an ultrasound. Days later, I felt a sudden pain. They found that I had a mass in my breast,” she told Medline.
