Rae learned how to do Pilates from a good friend—a Kardashian. “The best wellness hack I've learned from Kourtney is probably, working out and doing pilates. I feel like I really started getting into pilates whenever I was working out with Kourtney. We'd do pilates and also run. I mean, I hate running... But it's so good for you,” she told Glamour UK.
