Addison is one of the many celebs who trains at The Dogpound, and her workouts are intense. The gym recently shared a video of one of her sweat sessions, in which she demonstrates perfect while doing battle ropes, cable glute kickbacks, jumping jack slams and ankle weight kickbacks like a pro.
2. She Is Into the (Workout) Buddy System

Addison makes exercise a group activity. Not only does she take workout classes with pals, but during the pandemic, she virtually exercised with pal and He’s All That co-star Kourtney Kardashian.
3. She Focuses on Her Backside
Addison does a lot of glute work. "I've done this butt workout so many times because it literally burns so bad but it's so good,” she told Kourtney during their workout video. In it, she does donkey kicks, fire hydrants and fire hydrant extensions on each leg for two circuits.
