1. She Does Pilates

Rae broke down some of her life and wellness secrets in an interview with Byrdie. She revealed that she loves to do Pilates as a way to workout. “I’ve been doing a lot of Pilates lately, which has made me feel so much better. I feel like after you do a workout or after you take some time for yourself—you have a different glow than when you don’t really focus on yourself.”
2. She Stays In A Good Headspace
In her interview with Byrdie, Rae was asked about what she thinks about beauty. She says that beauty for her is staying in a good place in her life. “There are so many things that I associate with beauty," Rae says. "Even just mentally, when you’re in a good headspace, you can feel really good about yourself physically too."
3. She Remembers To Moisturize

In her interview with Byrdie, Rae revealed a lot of her go-to skincare products and routines. She says that moisturizing is a main priority for her. “Keeping my skin moisturized has been progressively more important, with the weather changing and things like that. My skin is super sensitive, so being able to stay moisturized has been a savior for my skin.”
4. She Disconnects From Social Media

Rae lives her life on social media, however, she makes sure to disconnect from it, especially when she’s overwhelmed. Rae told Byrdie that the thing that keeps her grounded is, "Spending time with my friends and family completely offline. Disconnecting from social media and toxic environments—just really spending time with them and being with them."
5. She Does Three Lower Body Exercises Each Day
Rae revealed some of her favorite lower body exercises in a video with her friend Kourtney Kardashian. She says that she likes to do donkey kicks, fire hydrants, and fire hydrant extensions. She repeats this series three times, and it lasts six minutes each day.
