"I like to go to the movie theater," Addison told Remix Magazine when asked how she relaxes. "I watch almost every movie that comes out, everytime. Any movie ever, I'll watch it andI love eating popcorn. That's just the best way to relax for me."

What is Addison's definition of beauty? "I know it's a cliché, but confidence," she told Remix.I" think that, when sharing and creating things with confidence, people take that and believe it. You kind of set the tone for how people receive what you do based on how sure you are of it."

Addison prioritizes herself. "I love self-care—taking time for myself and not being too stressed out," she told Interview. "I think that's a really big part of feeling good and looking good."

She Loves Tea

Addison revealed to Interview that she loves tea. "I got a chai tea latte from Starbucks," when asked about her last meal, adding, "and I ate a bagel with avocado." And her favorite dessert? "Anything matcha." "Matcha—a type of powdered green tea—is touted as a superfood for the high amounts of potentially beneficial compounds it contains. These include antioxidants, which are thought to protect against cellular damage and reduce the risk of heart disease and cancer," says Harvard Health.

She Drinks a Lot of Water

Addison told StyleCaster that she prioritizes hydration. "I have a list of things like drinking a gallon of water a day," she said. "It's really hard." She loves Amazon's under $20 Fidus water bottle, which holds a gallon of water and shows you how much you need to drink. "It has motivational sayings to keep you on track," she said about the bottle, which she discovered on TikTok. "A lot of fitness stuff I've gotten is from TikTok," she noted.

She Does Mini Workouts

Addison likes short but intense workouts. "I've been trying to workout every day for at least 15 minutes. That doesn't entail a crazy workout every day, but it's 15 minutes of some type of exercise like walking or running or stretching, yoga, things like that. I feel like you never see results until you start and that's what's been motivating me. Exercise helps you so much more than just externally. It opens your mind," she told StyleCaster.
