Addison Rae is back on vacation! The TikTok star shared a new photo with her fans on Tuesday, flaunting her fabulously fit figure in a chain adorned two-piece swimsuit. "FreeeEEEEeeeeEe," she captioned the series of images, all taken from a boat surrounded by dolphins in Cabo San Lucas. She Does Strength Training

You can find Addison breaking a sweat at the trendy gym The Dogpound. When she is in exercise mode she doesn't mess around. In a recent video shared by the gym, she demonstrates perfect form while doing battle ropes, cable glute kickbacks, jumping jack slams and ankle weight kickbacks.


She Works Out with Pals

Addison is a fan of the (workout) buddy system. Not only has she been spotted with pals, including Hailey Bieber, at workout classes, but during the pandemic, she virtually exercised with He's All That co-star Kourtney Kardashian. 


She Does a Lot of Glute Work


Addison focuses on training her backside. "I've done this butt workout so many times because it literally burns so bad but it's so good," she told Kourtney in their workout clip, demonstrating donkey kicks, fire hydrants and fire hydrant extensions on each leg for two circuits.


She Is Incredibly Active

Addison engages in lots of  physical activities, which can be evidenced by her Instagram page. Skateboarding, surfing, kayaking, kickboxing, and hiking are just a few of the other ways she burns calories during her free time. 


She Dances

Dance is a great form of cardio, and Addison is regularly busting a move. In fact, she skyrocketed to fame by showing off her moves on TikTok.


She Does Pilates

Addison also takes pilates classes. The 21-year-old has been snapped leaving the low impact exercise classes more than once.
