Addison doesn’t mess around when it comes to her workouts. The actress goes hard, training at strength and weight training mecca The Dogpound. In a recent workout video shared by the gym, it’s clear how strong she is, doing battle ropes, cable glute kickbacks, jumping jack slams and ankle weight kickbacks like a pro.

Addison is big on the workout buddy system. She regularly trains with friends, including BFF Kourtney Kardashian. During the pandemic, the duo exercised together virtually, sharing their exercise secrets with fans.
