Addison is one of many stars who swear by The Dogpound’s strength and weight training workouts. In a recent video posted to the Los Angeles and New York studio’s social media account, she can be seen executing a variety of hardcore moves, including battle rops, cable glute kickbacks, jumping jack slams and ankle weight kickbacks.
2. She Uses Workout Buddies

Addison is a big fan of the buddy system when it comes to working out, with one of them being her BFF and He’s All That costar Kourtney Kardashian. Even during the pandemic, the two managed to break a sweat together virtually. She also trains with pals at The Dogpound.
3. She Does a Lot of Glute Work

In the workout clip with Kourtney, Addison shared her six-minute glute workout, and it is intense. "I've done this butt workout so many times because it literally burns so bad but it's so good,” she told the Poosh founder. She perfectly executes donkey kicks, fire hydrants and fire hydrant extensions on each leg for two circuits.
