Addison is a big fan of the buddy system when it comes to working out, with one of them being her BFF and He's All That costar Kourtney Kardashian. Even during the pandemic, the two managed to break a sweat together virtually. She also trains with pals at The Dogpound.

In the workout clip with Kourtney, Addison shared her six-minute glute workout, and it is intense.  "I've done this butt workout so many times because it literally burns so bad but it's so good," she told the Poosh founder. She perfectly executes donkey kicks, fire hydrants and fire hydrant extensions on each leg for two circuits.

She Is Into Outdoor Activities

Aside from the gym, Addison is regularly active outdoors. Some of her favorite al fresco activities include skateboarding, surfing, kayaking, and hiking.

She Kickboxes

Addison also stays in fighting form with the help of kickboxing. Early this year she shared a photo of herself dressed for a workout at a studio showing off UFC moves.

She Dances

Addison rose to fame dancing on TikTok, so it's no surprise part of her cardio routine involves the practice. The 20-year-old regularly shares photos and videos of herself getting down on TikTok and Instagram.
