Rae is often seen posting dances to her TikTok, and now that she’s starting a singing career, she’s dancing a lot more now. In a video with her friend, Kourtney Kardashian, Rae goes through her go-to lower-body and butt workout. Rae revealed in the video that she does this series of exercises often, and is clearly seeing results. "I've done this butt workout so many times because it literally burns so bad but it's so good," she says. Rae’s workout consists of donkey kicks, fire hydrants, and fire hydrant extensions, a series that she repeats.
