Zavala revealed some of her fitness secrets to People. She says that she focuses on herself and her own journey, and doesn’t compare herself to others. Zavala says that this helps her stay motivated and consistent. "First we have to calm down, and not compare ourselves,” she says. “Because we often see on Instagram that the other moms are already skinny that nothing happened to them, and one is tormented thinking 'I still lack these kilos' and what I did is eat healthy.”

2. She Makes Time For Exercise

Zavala has a busy schedule and life. However, she doesn’t let this stop her from exercising. She tells People that she always makes time for a workout, even if it is a quick one. “You can always do it, even if it is about 20 minutes and achieve it with all the tiredness in the world,” she says. “And little by little the body air, returning to normal.”

3. She’s Consistent

Zavala shared some of her secrets and approaches to wellness to Hola Doctor. She says that she always tries to stay consistent with her lifestyle. No matter how difficult it might be. “I believe that you should always eat healthy and exercise,” she said. “Even if it seems very hackneyed."

4. She Drinks A Lot Of Water

Zavala always stays hydrated. She tells Hola Doctor that she drinks a lot of water each day. “We should always do it for health,” she says. “Drinking water makes your skin look beautiful and you feel good; not taking it can also do a lot of damage to your brain and you don't know it."

5. She Horseback Rides

Zavala likes to go horseback riding as a way of staying in shape. She shared this photo on Instagram of herself riding in a field. She captioned it, “We live on a blue planet that spins around a ball of fire. With a moon that moves seas.... And you don't believe in miracles?”
