Aida Domenech, aka Dulceida, is heating up the Dominican Republic in her bathing suit. The influencer shows off her incredible physical form in a swimsuit in one of her latest social media posts. She Works Out with a Trainer

Dulceida doesn't love exercise but when she needs to get in shape she will enlist the help of a personal trainer. "In the next three months, I will be with a coach who will follow me everywhere. I will continue training to tone up, and thus reach the summer firmer," she told Mujer Hoy about how she gets ready for swimsuit season.

She Doesn't Deprive Hereself

Dulceida watches what she eats but she makes sure not to deprive herself. "I will also take care of my diet, but without stopping eating what I like, I don't want to go on a strict diet," she added to Mujer Today.

She Doesn't Let Trolls Get Her Down

Dulceida is no stranger to trolls. "They only affect me when things are invented or when I'm wrong and that affects my relationships or me," she said in one of her Instagram stories. She doesn't pay attention to them because "that is only a reflection of their reality, not yours. They are the ones who have the problem, I would never waste time pulling ' hate' anyone or being rude," she added.

She Does Social Media Detoxes

After her grandmother died and a bad breakup, Dulcedia did a 21-day social media detox. "I thought about leaving social networks for good. I needed to detox because of the bullying I was receiving, especially from some girls who hated me because of my relationship with Alba and made me look like the bad guy," she told Cosmpolitan. "I went on a trip for five days and then I was home. I didn't answer messages or want anyone to know anything about me except my four friends. It caused me rejection to see myself so sad."

She Hikes and Bikes

On a recent trip, Dulceida spent a lot of time hiking and biking. "Enjoying a lot, doing things for the first time (i love first times), trying everything, sweating a lot and being very happy with this piece of experience," she captioned the post.

She Skis

Dulceida also loves skiing. Here she is "chillin like a baby, last snow day," she captioned a post. Research has linked downhill skiing to a number of health benefits. In addition to promoting physical fitness, it may decrease risk of cardiovascular and metabolic diseases. Studies have also found that the more frequently a person skis, prevalence of known hypercholesterolemia, systemic hypertension, diabetes, the frequency of mental stress and the occurrence of memory deficits declines.

She Goes to Therapy

Dulceida is a big proponent of therapy, maintaining it helped her get out of a "rut." However, she pointed out that "you don't have to wait until you're deep in the well to go, like I did. I also leaned a lot on my family and my friends. I feel very lucky to have them."
