Garcia recently enjoyed a pool day, and shared a new photo on Instagram. In it, she lounged on a chair in a pink bathing suit. She captioned the photo, "Gentle reminder to stop and breathe." She Dances

Garcia likes to dance to stay in shape. She previously did some dancing in the Netflix hit Christmas with You. She also still does performances today, and shares a lot of dance videos on her social media. Garcia posted this video on Instagram of herself rehearsing with a friend, captioning it, "Been quite on social media, cuz I've been werkin on an exciting new project I can't wait to share. Throwback to Day One of training …. Announcement coming soon 🤗💃🏽Thx @kaylabrenda." Garcia also posted this set of dance videos, captioning them, "Mood."


She Takes Care Of Her Skin

In 2015, Garcia opened up about her beauty secrets to Filler Magazine. She says that skincare is extremely important to her. "If you have great skin, you don't need as much makeup, so I wear sunscreen, eye cream and moisturizer every day. I'd also invest in a good facialist. I never had one until recently. Now, I go to Shani Darden, who is amazing and she's given me a simple, non-invasive routine that keeps my skin dewy, hydrated and healthy."


She Stays Healthy On Set

Garcia makes sure to stay healthy, even when she's on set. She shared what she does on set to stay healthy to Filler Magazine. "Yoga, kale salad, avocado, tons of water and sleep! I bring tiny weights to my trailer and make sure to squeeze in a cat nap in when I can. Your skin rejuvenates when you sleep so it's the best pick-me-up activity …. Especially when you have to be at work at 4 A.M."


She Wants To Be A Role Model

In 2016, Garcia opened up about her career to Glamour Magazine. She says that she wants to represent her community when it comes to her acting. "I feel a big responsibility to represent what it means to be a Latina to a global audience," Garcia explains. "I'll never forget when a group of young girls [Latinas] came up to me and said, 'Oh my God, we love Veronica on the George Lopez show! She's so funny and stylish, and we love that she's a Latina millionaire.' And I thought, Wow, the roles that I pick aren't just to pay rent but they're also to represent my community. It's bigger than me."


She Doesn't Wash Her Hair Too Much

Garcia has amazing hair, and she makes sure to take care of it. She revealed her biggest secret to Glamour. "I wash my hair every third day," Garcia says. "I think one of the worst, most drying things you can do is overwash your hair. Your natural oils are really good. I learned that rinsing with cold water keeps it shiny and gets rid of any static."
