1. She’s Consistent With Workouts

Sharma revealed her health and fitness secrets to Openingdoorz.com. She says that she makes sure that she works out on a regular basis. “The key to any fitness regimen is consistency. There’s no point working out intensely one day, then taking a break for two days. Rather, stick to something (however small it may be) everyday. Results happen when you are consistent.”

2. She Bikes

Sharma revealed some of her favorite workouts to Openingdoorz.com. “I love biking,” she says. “I use my bike to get to the gym, or give my dog a spin on it. It’s amazing what a great and fun cardio it can be. It’s also something I discovered and started doing during the lockdown, because the gyms were shut and the roads were empty!”

3. She Stretches

Sharma makes recovery from her workouts a priority. She tells Openingdoorz.com, “Stretching and recovery is another underrated aspect about fitness. It’s important to make time for stretching and recovery (using a foam roller or massage gun, a tennis ball, yoga belt, or whatever it is that you can find). A well-rested body can push itself to its optimum without causing injuries.”

4. She Eats Healthy

Sharma eats healthy. She revealed her approach to food to Openingdoorz.com. “I do not believe in crash dieting or any sort of diet fads,” Sharma says. “I believe in eating right. What you eat is more important than how hard or often you train. Your food habit is the key. I try to eat my dinner by 8pm. Eating an early dinner can massively help. Also, for me, breakfast is the most important meal of the day. It sets your tone for the rest of your day.”

5. She Loves Yoga

One thing Sharma does to stay in shape is practice yoga. She posts a lot of videos on Instagram of herself doing yoga. Sharma posted this video, captioning it, “Yoga is a metaphor for life. You have to take it really slowly, you can’t rush. You can’t skip to the next position. You just have to breathe and let go ~ Madonna. To beautiful yoga mornings with @joanna.michelle.11.
