She Does Diet

Aislinn doesn't obsess over what she eats. "I've never been fixated on achieving a certain type of body. Ive never been on a diet," she revealed in an Instagram post. Instead, she focuses on maintaining a healthy, nutritious diet, fueling her body with food that makes her feel good.

She Exercises

In the same post, Aislinn revealed that she takes a holistic approach to exercise. "I started exercising on therapeutic recommendation as it segregates oxytocin in the brain, so necessary for my process (and overall for mental and physical health)," she wrote. Physical activity is anything that gets your body moving. Each week adults need 150 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity and 2 days of muscle-strengthening activity, according to the current Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans

She Goes on Retreats to Recharge

Aisleen goes on retreats to recharge. "What inspires me the most about doing what I do in my company is being able to use my visibility to give it to those therapists and specialists who have invested so many years of experience in transforming the lives of others," she captioned a post. This retreat was a combination of bravery, openness and dedication on the part of the participants; of experience, passion and wisdom from our facilitator @drnirdoshkohra and of organization, fun and accompanying the team of @lamagiadelcaos of which I am extremely proud of. I lived it as one more participant, I learned new tools, it was very eye opening, super fun and I connected deep with each of the 60 people who were there. Seeing these fruits after so much effort, dedication and passion we put into this project makes my heart so full."

She Plays Tennis

Aislinn also loves tennis, wich according to ACE Fitness blends together cardio and aerobic exercise, as there is a lot of running around, and hand-eye coordination. "While tennis provides numerous health benefits—improved aerobic fitness and anaerobic endurance, muscular fitness (grip strength and endurance), flexibility, multiple skill parameters (balance, speed, agility and quickness), reactivity, and power—it also is psychologically demanding," they say.

She Encourages Self-Love

"Self-love has a lot to do with the freedom we give ourselves and that depends a lot on the discipline we have in our lives. So, when I want to be a little more loving with myself, I start by being more orderly, because I feel that without this we can't be free (because we fall into automatic patterns that get us nowhere)," Aislinn told Glamour. "In addition, I take care as much as possible the way I treat myself and speak (in my internal dialogue) all the time and at all hours (judging inside and outside)."
