She revealed that she isn't someone who can eat whatever she wants without gaining weight, so she has to eat healthy at all times. "I have friends who are like that and I absolutely envy them because I put on weight very easily, and I've never been someone who can eat what she wants and get away with it. So I'm perpetually always on a strict regime."

She Isn't Too Strict With Food

While Kapoor says that she eats healthy most of the time, she also says that she isn't super strict when it comes to dieting. Instead, she focuses on eating healthy. "I only eat healthy, happy food," she tells ETimes. "I don't believe in like, diets, cutting carbs, all that."

She Doesn't Order Out

While most people like to indulge in takeout from their favorite local restaurants or chains, or like to go out to eat, Kapoor does not. She tells ETimes that she doesn't like to order in or go out to eat. "I don't really enjoy eating out, like it's something that I don't like doing."

She Stops Eating After 6:30 PM

Kapoor admits in her ETimes interview that she's "nuts" about some aspect of her meals. Particularly, how late they are. She Takes Things Day By Day

Kapoor, like many people, had a rough 2020. However, she tells the Hindustan Times that she is learning from these experiences. Mainly, she's learned to take life day by day. "The past few months have been downs and ups, and then downs, I don't think it's been a constant fun quotient. My dad is recovering from Covid, so I am relaxed now. I was not so good before, but I am better again, and taking each day as it comes. That's the only way to survive."
