Blanchard revealed some of her wellness tips in a YouTube video. In it, she revealed that she practices hypopressive breathing. She says that she picked it up after having a baby. "It helps with your pelvic floor, lower back issues and targets those deep abdominals that you kind of lose during pregnancy."

She's Vegan

Blanchard lives a vegan lifestyle. She says in her YouTube video that this has helped her lose weight. "Being on a vegan diet has helped me so much. I don't really have to think about calories or stress about how much I'm eating because plant-based diets are generally low in calories."

She Embraces Her Body

Blanchard is all about body positivity. She also wants other girls to feel the same way, and embrace their bodies. "We are all different," she says to Amodrn.com. "So it is important to embrace our bodies for what they are. Young girls see images of models and believe that they have to look the same way, when that's not the case at all."

She Mixes It Up

Blanchard has to stay in shape in order to keep up with her surfing career. She tells Amodrn.com that she does a lot of things to stay in shape.  "I love incorporating interval training and sprints into my workouts. I also enjoy mixing it up with Pilates and yoga, which are amazing for toning."

She Surfs

Blanchard is a professional surfer, so naturally, this is the main source of her exercising. She opened up about how she got into the sport to Amodrn.com. "My dad pushed me into the water and taught me to surf when I was four years old. My passion for surfing grew from there. Although surfing is my career, I honestly enjoy it so much that I spend most of my time in the water."
