1. Eat Healthy

Entertainment India - November 2022Prodip Guha/Getty Images

Sticking to a healthy diet is crucial for Alaya, who is a vegetarian. “I live a healthy lifestyle in general. I eat quite healthy, workout and keep active and fit. Even mentally you know, I try and keep myself healthy as much as I can,” she revealed to Bollywood Bubble.

2. Meal Plan

Entertainment India - March 2022Prodip Guha/Getty Images

Alaya recommends meal planning. “I have a set menu for the week and it rotates every week. Every day it’s different. From Monday to Sunday, I make sure it’s different so that I am not sick of it and then it repeats in the coming week. So, my breakfast can be anything like raagi dosa or rawa idli or muesli or oats. Everyday, it’s something different. My lunch had normal bhaji, rajma with brown rice,” she told Bollywood Bubble.

3. Maintain Balance

To Alayahealth is “just a good constant state of balance and right intentions in a lot of ways,” she explained to Bollywood Bubble. “Being fit, it doesn’t mean you can’t have a cheat meal or your favorite food. I think it’s just all about balance and the right intention with which you are doing. I feel if you are on a diet with all the bad intentions, like dieting only for the sake of losing weight, then you will go into a very negative zone of your body and health. That’s not productive for anyone and you won’t end up being fit at all. So, that’s my definition of fitness. I have times when I am working out all the time and I have times when I am mentally not in a place when I want to work out. I just want to sit and do nothing. That’s also ok. It’s a balance of both and not lifetime of only this or that. That’s my definition of fitness because it allows room to grow and learn more.”

4. Mix Up Your Workouts

Alaya mixes up her workouts. “I work out at the gym, play tennis, dance, and do yoga. I used to do MMA, gymnastics and even Pilates. I have tried everything,” she told Hindustan Times. Her favorite? Yoga. “What I love about yoga is that it is quite a mindful, peaceful thing. It’s such a wonderful workout. I like to do it without a fan or AC. At the end of my yoga, I am just a pile of sweat. It is such a good feeling in the morning when you wake up and get into this wholesome form of exercise. It energizes you so much, I love that about it. That’s why I love it."

5. Practice Self-Love

“Be kind to yourself and treat yourself well. No matter how many best friends you have or don’t have, be your own best friend first because you have you for the rest of your life. Just know that everything does work out in the end. You’ll be okay,” Alaya asserted during an Instagram Q&A.

1. Yoga Changed Her Life

Alaya has practiced yoga for years, and credits it with incredible benefits. “Practicing yoga has opened up my body,” she says. “Now, if I don’t practice yoga for a while, my body starts feeling tight, and I don’t feel like myself. When I started doing yoga, I just wanted to get fit… I didn’t really have any other goals in mind. In fact, I told my yoga instructor that I’m not interested in finding mental peace, I just want to get ripped. But the beauty of yoga is that by default, you end up finding a sense of calm and peace.”

2. Drinking Lots of Water

Alaya swears by hydration and skin protection to maintain her complexion. “Drink plenty of water—I can’t stress this enough,” she says. “I can see an instant drop in my skin quality if I don’t hydrate enough. Also, I make sure I take off my make-up and wash my face regularly with a face wash that suits my skin type. And of course, SPF! I don’t leave my home without applying a moisturizer that has SPF in it! Lip balm and SPF are my staples.”

3. She Loves Dancing

Alaya enjoys dancing sessions, which are a great way to get exercise and have fun. “For a long time, I was a bad dancer, so when I wanted to learn how to dance properly, I started doing it for seven hours a day,” she says. “There was no other way for me to learn. It became a great form of workout for me, and it’s super fun!”

4. Balance and No Restrictions

Alaya says to her, fitness means balance and good intentions. “Being fit, it doesn’t mean you can’t have a cheat meal or your favorite food,” she says. “I think it’s just all about balance and the right intention with which you are doing. I feel if you are on a diet with all the bad intentions, like dieting only for the sake of losing weight, then you will go into a very negative zone of your body and health. That’s not productive for anyone and you won’t end up being fit at all.”

5. Self-Love and Self-Care

Alaya is careful to focus on her mental as well as physical health. “Don’t underestimate your body, as it’s capable of amazing things,” she says. “You just need to believe in it and not be scared. For me, self-care goes beyond just fitness. Self-care involves your mental health and the way you talk to your own body and mind.”

1. Yoga Sessions

Alaya loves yoga as part of her wellness routine. “I used to get very motivated when I used to see these really nice yoga poses and videos on Instagram during the first lockdown,” she says. “So, it started off as me copying those poses. When I was able to execute it, I thought to myself that this is probably something that I should properly learn. There started my yoga journey. Then, I started noticing all the amazing things about yoga.”

2. Coffee Grinds

Alaya uses coffee grinds to depuff her skin “For someone who spends a lot of time traveling, shooting and just on the move, simple skincare and quick remedies are super important to me,” she says. “I’m a big fan of easy and accessible homemade face packs. My favorite one is a mix of finely ground coffee, honey, olive oil, milk and gram flour. It’s a great fix for puffiness, it instantly tightens and exfoliates the skin. This facemask and a nice face massage are a great combination for improving lymphatic drainage and boosting your glow!”

3. Beauty Routine

Alaya keeps her beauty routine simple and easy. “It’s so simple but so effective,” she says. “No expensive creams or treatments will benefit you as much as good water intake will. My secrets are actually not so secret anymore, haha! I exfoliate with a body and face scrub once in a week, shave with Bombae’s Rollplay Razor.”

4. SPF Every Day

Alaya protects her skin with SPF every day. “There is nothing more effective than the simple basics,” she says. “Drink plenty of water–I can’t stress this enough. I can see an instant drop in my skin quality if I don’t hydrate enough. Also, I make sure I take off my make-up and wash my face regularly with a face wash that suits my skin type. And of course, SPF! I don’t leave my home without applying a moisturiser that has SPF in it! Lip balm and SPF are my staples.”

5. DIY Skincare

Alaya loves making her own skin and hair masks. “When it comes to skincare, I think I’ll be the one to pass things down because I’m the one that enjoys making homemade face packs and recipes,” she says. “I usually make a batch and then distribute it to everyone in the house. They all try it and give me their feedback. Other than that, I think oiling my hair is something that I’ve done since I was a child.”

Alaya finds comfort in planning ahead. “Planning is my stressbuster,” she says, especially when it comes to the movie industry stress she faces every day. “It definitely takes a toll on your mental health. My stress levels go through the roof! Sometimes, I get very anxious when I am unsure about where things are going or what’s happening.”

2. She’s a Yogi

AlayaF.1Alaya F/Instagram

Alaya says yoga is a core part of her health and wellness regimen. “It became an integral part of my life because since I was a child, I used to do gymnastics and all of that,” she says. “So, flexibility was something that I had built over time. It was just that yoga was the best natural transition into all of this. As human beings, we like doing things that we are going to be good at. Yoga was something that I thought I might be good at. So, I thought this might be the next exciting thing for me to try.”

3. She’s Open About Mental Health

Alaya is frank about protecting her mental health. “I wish people understood that everybody goes through mental health ups and downs,” she says. “You are never actually alone in it. I truly feel that having an open and comfortable dialogue about mental health would do wonders for our society.”

4. Healthy Snacks

Alaya says her family have passed down many healthy recipes which she loves. “You mix honey, turmeric, and cinnamon and you put this on top of the toast with some butter,” she says. “Now, honey, turmeric, and cinnamon - all three have amazing properties. It is also such a tasty combination. So, if I remember one thing that my nana has made me try that I find it so tasty and it is also so good for you, it has to be this.”

5. Be Kind

AlayaF.2Alaya F/Instagram

Alaya wishes people would practice compassion more often. “I just wish everyone was a little kinder,” she says. “Everyone is hurting in some way, everyone is scared, everyone is the same at their core. If every single human being does one kind thing a day, imagine how much kinder the world would be.”

Alaya F knows there are times when words aren’t really necessary—and posting selfies is one of those times. The Indian actress shared photos of herself posing in a rust-colored outfit with a bikini top and gold jewelry, tagging all the people who helped make the pictures look so stunning. “Can’t think of a caption 🤷🏻,” she captioned the post. 1. Infused Water With Mint

Alaya loves to infuse water with cucumber, lemon, and mint. “Peppermint tea is well-known for its digestive effects as some people, anecdotally, find it can help relieve symptoms such as gas and bloating,” says registered nutritionist Nicola Shubrook. “As yet, there isn’t a lot of human research on the efficacy of peppermint tea, but some animal studies do show that it can have a relaxing effect on the digestive system.”

2. Home-Made Face Masks

Alaya makes DIY face masks at home, using ingredients like avocado. “Avocado has a high content of lauric acid, which acts as an antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory agent that helps control acne,” says Akanksha Shah Sanghvi, MD. “Moreover, the moisturizing properties of avocado may prevent dryness, which is a common contributing factor to acne and aging.”

3. Oatmeal and Banana For Breakfast

Bowl,Of,Oatmeal,Porridge,With,Banana,And,Caramel,Sauce,OnShutterstock

Alaya enjoys oatmeal with banana for a healthy breakfast. “Bananas are loaded with valuable micronutrients, especially potassium, which is one of the most important electrolytes in the body,” says registered nutritionist Jo Lewin. “Potassium helps to regulate heart function as well as fluid balance which is a key factor in managing blood pressure. The effectiveness of potassium-rich foods such as bananas, in lowering blood pressure and protecting against heart disease and strokes is well accepted and bolstered by considerable scientific evidence.

4. Tea Or Coffee?

Entertainment India - March 2022Prodip Guha/Getty Images

During an Instagram Q&A, Alaya said that although she likes tea, she can’t do without coffee. “Coffee helps our brain work better,” says Caroline Thomason, RD, CDCES. “Research suggests that coffee may be good for long-term cognitive health, but not all scientists agree. Coffee may also lower your chances of developing Alzheimer’s disease. Interestingly, caffeine alone may not be enough to reap the mental benefits of coffee. Researchers found that there are other compounds in coffee that contribute to these effects in mice.”

5. She Keeps a Positive Attitude

Alaya makes a point of maintaining a happy, positive attitude, and wants others to do the same. “I'm not positive all the time,” she says. “I have my moments and my days like everyone else but I do actively try to do things that make me happy and I do tend to avoid things that make me upset. As we all should.”

Chanel Coco Brown isn’t just sharing workout tips—she’s living them. The professional influencer, known for her vibrant wellness content on Instagram, recently posted an inspiring message to her followers as the year wrapped up. Dressed in sleek two-piece workout gear, Brown encouraged everyone to keep pushing their fitness goals, reminding us, “The year isn’t over yet, making each day count 🔒.” With a mix of motivational wisdom and seriously strong routines, Brown shows how discipline and dedication fuel her fitness journey. From Pilates to pulldowns, here’s how she stays in peak shape.

She Disciplined

When it comes to fitness, Brown is disciplined. She talked about this in the caption of this Instagram video. “I’M TALKING TO YOU 🗣️ it’s Monday, let’s go! This is what I do when I don’t want to go to the gym 👉🏽 I put my shoes on, get in the car, turn up to the gym, still I don’t want to workout and that’s okay, it’s okay to not want to do something but what we’re still going to do is show up. We’re going to show up because that is how we’re going to build self-discipline, that is how we’re going to build a habit, a habit that will take you from where you are to where you want to be. It’s okay to not want to do something, you can crawl back to your home comforts, but nothing grows from comfort zones and we can’t always let our thoughts or mood dictate our actions. Get uncomfortable, learn to be okay with uncomfortable. Complain throughout the whole workout if you want to, take it slower, have a mediocre session if that suits you, because it’s not about this single session it’s about the bigger picture - you showed up, even when you could have made 100 excuses, you showed up because you’re levelling up. Self-discipline baby.”

She Does Pilates

Brown likes to do Pilates to keep herself in shape. She shared these photos on Instagram of herself at a class. The Cleveland Clinic states that Pilates has a lot of benefits. “Pilates is a form of strength training, but it doesn’t look like some of the other strength training exercises you might be familiar with. Pilates focuses more on improving muscle tone than building muscles, but the result is similar: greater stability and endurance. Pilates isn’t going to bulk you up — if anything, it’s designed to cultivate a longer, leaner look. Still, it can lay a strong physical foundation for muscle-building activities — and may even reduce your likelihood of injury.”

She Does Treadmill Exercises

Brown shared some of her favorite exercises in this Instagram video. One thing she is seen doing in it is walking on a treadmill. Healthy Talbot states that these exercises have a lot of benefits. “Treadmill working is an aerobic/ cardio exercise. Studies demonstrate that aerobic exercise can minimize the risk of heart diseases. Moreover, they can strengthen your heart muscles. This helps to lower blood pressure and allows the heart to pump blood more efficiently. Most doctors recommend aerobic exercise to people suffering from cardiovascular diseases.

Cardiovascular exercises control cholesterol levels in the blood, preventing artery blockage. They increase high-density lipoprotein and reduce low-density lipoprotein in the blood.”

She Does Squats

Chanel Coco Brown

Brown is also seen doing squats in the previous Instagram video. Allina Health reports that they have a lot of health benefits. “The squat is one of the all-around best exercises to do for your lower body. It strengthens and tones muscles in your thighs, butt and calves and improves posture, balance, flexibility and inner core strength. Squatting also improves bone mineral density to keep your bones strong.”

She Does Pulls-Downs

Brown shared this video on Instagram of herself doing back exercises, including pulldowns. This exercise is very beneficial. Piedmont states, “The lat pulldown is a fantastic exercise for strengthening the latissimus dorsi muscle, the broadest muscle in your back. This muscle promotes good posture and spinal stability.”

Bianca Bustamante is revving up her engine in 2025 – in her workout gear. In a new social media post, the racecar driver reveals she is taking “the next major step” in her physical journey as a race driver “and I’ve set the target high!” she says in a new Instagram post, filled with video clips of herself lifting heavy weights at the gym. “Never been more motivated in my life, it’s not physically easy for a girl in this sport, but I’m super excited to take on this new challenge and the next big step on my racing journey,” she added. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here are her top lifestyle tips.

Lifting Weights

Bianca spends hours at the gym where she focuses on strength training along with endurance, cardio, reaction time, and reflexes. “You know, to be a driver, it’s a complete package. It takes strength. It takes mental fortitude. It takes reflexes, smart thinking, and survival skills,” she told MEGA Active. “Sometimes it's for the body, sometimes it's for the mind. Nothing more peaceful than early sessions,” she captioned an Instagram post of one of her sessions.

Double Down On Training

In her recent post, Bianca reveals that she working extra hard at the gym. “I’ve been working hard over the years to build a solid foundation, but in 2025, I’ll be working with @j_w_90 and I’m doubling down on my training. Increasing to two workouts a day not just on lifts but aerobic endurance, as well as a better focus on nutrition and rest, in order to raise the bar to compete in the higher formulas,” she said.

Fueling Your Body With Protein

Bianca makes sure to eat enough protein in order to build more muscle and stay as lean as possible to meet the weight requirement. “It’s been a really cool journey seeing my body develop and transform into this whole different person I never knew I could become,” she said. In her new post she added that she is meal prepping. “I’m soooo all in that im even learning how to cook & meal prep better than ever before,” she writes.

Taking Cold Plunges

As for recovery, cold plunging is part of Bianca’s training regime. Limited research supports the benefits of cold plunges, which may include easing sore muscles, bringing body temperature down, increasing focus, improving sleep, and decreasing inflammation, per the Cleveland Clinic. However, a 2021 study found that cold water immersion therapy promotes post-sport recovery.

Working On Self-Esteem

Positive self-talk is also important. “Of course, I put a lot of pressure on myself, but in the end, I always tell myself that as long as I give my best and I learn from it, any mistake I make is valid,” Bianca explained. “I always try to repeat that to myself that I am valid. I’m here for a reason and there’s nothing I would rather do than be here.”

Brenda Perlaza is flaunting her fantastic figure in a tiny bikini. In a new social media post the influencer, who calls herself La Barbie Negra, looks flawless as she poses on the beach in a neon yellow swimsuit. “#viral,” she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. “Wow Wow,” one of her followers commented, while several others added fire emojis. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

Jogging

Brenda enjoys jogging. According to the Mayo Clinic, running is great for cardiovascular health, muscle building, and weight loss. “For every mile run, the average person will burn approximately 100 calories,” they say.

Walking Her Dog

She also takes her dog on long walks. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day reduced the risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia, and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.

Dancing

You can also find Brenda dancing to burn calories. Dancing is an excellent workout for many reasons. It builds strength and promotes flexibility, helps you lose weight, and even promotes cardiovascular function. A 2016 study published in the American Journal of Preventive Medicine determined that people who engaged in moderate-intensity dancing were 46 percent less likely to develop or die from heart disease than non-dancers. In comparison, moderate-intensity walkers were just 25 percent less likely to suffer heart health issues

Swimming

Brenda spends a lot of time in her swimsuit so it isn’t surprising she loves to swim. According to the CDC, swimming is a good way to get regular aerobic physical activity. Just two and a half hours per week of aerobic physical activity, such as swimming, bicycling, or running, can decrease the risk of chronic illnesses. In addition to the many physical benefits, multiple studies support the mental health benefits of swimming.

Hydration

Finally, Brenda hydrates, especially after a long workout or sun exposure. According to the Mayo Clinic, hydration is essential for various reasons. Water helps eliminate waste through urination, perspiration, and bowel movements, keeps your temperature regular, lubricates and cushions joints, and helps protect sensitive tissues.
