1. Eat Clean and Healthy

Alessandra prioritizes healthy and clean eating, especially right before a big show. In 2017, the former Victoria’s Secret Angel told Harper's Bazzar that she really amps up her approach to health when she needs to — but she refuses to starve herself. "For breakfast I usually have eggs and/or avocado toast and after my work-out I usually grab a green juice followed by lunch where I usually have a salad along with some chicken or fish. For dinner I might go for sushi, or grill Brazilian BBQ at home," she said. She also dished to Glamour that she has “a serious weakness for Japanese food,” especially sushi.

2. Find a Workout You Love

Alessandra doesn’t change up her workouts like a trendy pair of jeans. She is a longtime Pilates devotee and regularly attends reformer classes. She even uses it as an opportunity to “get in some girl time,” she told Glamour. “It's important to break a sweat every day, and I love the way Pilates makes me feel long and lean."

3. Do Workouts That Help Your Mind and Body

Alessandra is a big fan of double-tasking workouts. "I love to do yoga as it centers me and also at the same time keeps me in shape," she told FOX News. No time for a class, no problem! "Since there is a lot to do around the house sometimes I don't have much time to work out, in which case I try to do some stretching and hold a plank for five to 10 minutes.”

4. Build Muscle

Alessandra also does weight training. During an Instagram video she shared her routine with followers, which includes weight lifting, intense interval moves (including mountain climbers and kettlebell squats) and ab exercises.

5. Stay Active Outdoors

Outdoor activities are a big part of Alessandra’s life. "We love going to the beach, hanging in Malibu and playing volleyball… We like going rollerblading and biking, all kind of things!" she told People about her family’s hobbies.
