Aloha, Alessandra Ambrosio! The 40-year-old supermodel continued heating up Hawaii over the weekend, sharing photos of herself in a two-piece swimsuit surrounded by tropical foliage. Her Diet Is Clean and Healthy

 

Healthy and clean eating is key for Alessandra. The former Victoria's Secret Angel told Harper's Bazzar in 2017 that she really amps up her approach to health when she needs to — but will never starve herself. "For breakfast I usually have eggs and/or avocado toast and after my work-out I usually grab a green juice followed by lunch where I usually have a salad along with some chicken or fish. For dinner I might go for sushi, or grill Brazilian BBQ at home," she said. She added to Glamour that she has "a serious weakness for Japanese food," especially sushi.

She a Go-To Workout

Alessandra sticks to a few workouts that work for her body. The model has been doing Pilates for many years and regularly attends reformer classes with her pals, using it as an opportunity to "get in some girl time," she told Glamour. "It's important to break a sweat every day, and I love the way Pilates makes me feel long and lean."

She Loves Yoga

Alessandra has another favorite workout, claiming it does double duty. "I love to do yoga as it centers me and also at the same time keeps me in shape," she told FOX News. She also loves that she can do it anywhere. "Since there is a lot to do around the house sometimes I don't have much time to work out, in which case I try to do some stretching and hold a plank for five to 10 minutes."

She Weight Trains

Alessandra is also a fan of weight training. During one of her Instagram videos she revealed her routine to her followers, which included weight lifting, intense interval moves (including mountain climbers and kettlebell squats) and ab exercises.

Her Lifestyle Is Active

Alessandra stays super active, especially with her family. "We love going to the beach, hanging in Malibu and playing volleyball… We like going rollerblading and biking, all kind of things!" she told People about her family's hobbies.
