Alessandra Ambrosio in Bathing Suit Enjoys Friends
Model Alessandra Ambrosio likes to put herself out there. She's a Victoria's Secret Angel, so swimsuits are comfortable for her. She Eats Healthy
Ambrosio revealed her secrets for getting in shape for shoots and jobs to Harper's Bazaar. She makes stue to eat healthy leading up to it. "For breakfast, I usually have eggs and/or avocado toast and after my work-out I usually grab a green juice, followed by lunch where I usually have a salad along with some chicken or fish. For dinner, I might go for sushi, or grill Brazilian BBQ at home."
She Always Carries Healthy Snacks
Ambrosio doesn't just make sure that her three meals are healthy. She also enjoys healthy snacks. Ambrosio tells Harper's Bazaar that she always carries healthy options with her. "I also have some nuts or a protein bar in my bag all the time, in case I get hungry while I'm running around."
She Works Out Each Day
In addition to her diet, Ambrosio aslo has to workout on a regular basis. She tells Harper's Bazaar that she tries to work out on a regular basis. "I would say an hour to an hour and a half a day. It all depends on what I'm doing that day."
She Loves Fitness Classes
Ambrosio is open about her love of the Tracy Anderson Method fitness classes. She tells Harper's Bazaar, "I love to do different classes and lately I have been doing Tracy Anderson Method because it's fun and it feels more like a dance class than a work-out. But, at the same time, it's great exercise as it targets all muscle groups."
She Works Out Her Legs
Ambrosio has amazing legs, which means she does a lot of lower body exercises. She shared some of her go-to exercises in this Instagram video. She is seen doing elevated squat lunges with weight, standing donkey kicks with a weight, kettlebell squats, and donkey kicks with a resistance band. She captioned the video, "Crunch time."
