1. Don’t Starve Yourself

Alessandra refuses to starve herself, even when she is prepping for a big modeling job."For breakfast I usually have eggs and/or avocado toast and after my work-out I usually grab a green juice followed by lunch where I usually have a salad along with some chicken or fish. For dinner I might go for sushi, or grill Brazilian BBQ at home," she told Harper's Bazaar in 2017. She added to Glamour that she has “a serious weakness for Japanese food,” especially sushi.

2. Do Pilates

Alessandra attributes her figure to regular pilates classes on the reformer. She even takes classes with her girlfriends to “get in some girl time,” she told Glamour. “It's important to break a sweat every day, and I love the way Pilates makes me feel long and lean."

3. Do Yoga

"I love to do yoga as it centers me and also at the same time keeps me in shape," Alessandra confessed to FOX News. Sometimes she even strikes a pose at home. "Since there is a lot to do around the house sometimes I don't have much time to work out, in which case I try to do some stretching and hold a plank for five to 10 minutes.”

4. Do Weight and Strength Training

Alessandra also builds muscle via weight and strength training. She recently shared her routine via an Instagram video, which includes weight lifting, intense interval moves (including mountain climbers and kettlebell squats) and ab exercises.

5. Stay Active

Alessandra stays very active in her down time. "We love going to the beach, hanging in Malibu and playing volleyball… We like going rollerblading and biking, all kind of things!" she explained to People about her family’s hobbies.
