1. High Plank with Opposite Arm/Leg Extension and Crunch

Get into a pushup position with your arms extended. Lift your left foot off the ground and, at the same time, lift your right hand and extend your right arm out in front of you. Now bend your left knee and your right elbow and bring them both underneath you, and try to touch them together. Place your left foot and right hand back on the floor, and repeat the move with your right foot and left hand. Continue to alternate for one minute.

2. Flutter Kicks and Criss Crosses

Lie on your back and place your hands under your hips for support. Straighten your legs and lift both feet a few inches off the floor. Now flutter your feet up and down, in opposition to one another for 30 seconds. Without stopping, change direction, criss-crossing your feet sideways over and under one another for another 30 seconds.

“It is very important for me to eat ‘clean,’” she has said. “This principle has its roots in my Brazilian childhood. I try to eat everything that is fresh and seasonal, to keep the balance of food groups in the diet. I also instill this approach in children: even if they eat a bunch of sweets, I make sure that their diet remains balanced. I can also easily allow myself something like that - a cupcake, ice cream or fries, for example. It's only better to keep yourself in control and, if possible, try to balance such a set with healthier and more nutritious foods.”

Ambrosio says that since she has to do a lot of different things to her hair for work, she keeps her hair routine simple when she’s working. “I keep it natural. She tells Harper’s Bazaar that staying hydrated helps with her skin. “When you are dehydrated, you see it on your face,” Ambrosio says. “When you've had your share of water, it glows. 1. Her Diet Is Clean and Healthy

Healthy and clean eating is key for Alessandra. The former Victoria’s Secret Angel told Harper's Bazzar in 2017 that she really amps up her approach to health when she needs to — but will never starve herself. "For breakfast I usually have eggs and/or avocado toast and after my work-out I usually grab a green juice followed by lunch where I usually have a salad along with some chicken or fish. For dinner I might go for sushi, or grill Brazilian BBQ at home," she said. She added to Glamour that she has “a serious weakness for Japanese food,” especially sushi.

Alessandra sticks to a few workouts that work for her body. The model has been doing Pilates for many years and regularly attends reformer classes with her pals, using it as an opportunity to “get in some girl time,” she told Glamour. “It's important to break a sweat every day, and I love the way Pilates makes me feel long and lean."

Although the movements appear relatively simple, squats can take time to master.
