"You've just got to put your mind [to it] and work out really hard, extra hard. It's always hard when you have to diet and work out and just put your mind in it.”

Ambrosio told Harper’s Bazaar that after becoming a mother, she decided to pay a lot more attention to her fitness and health. "I think that my workout regime has changed more after giving birth to my children, as I didn't really exercise before," she says.
