Ambrosio has amazing hair. And she makes sure to take care of it. She revealed her secrets to Harper’s Bazaar. Ambrosio says that since she has to do a lot of different things to her hair for work, she keeps her hair routine simple when she’s working. “I keep it natural. 2. She Stays Hydrated

Hydration is a big part of Ambrosio’s wellness routine. She tells Harper’s Bazaar that staying hydrated helps with her skin. “When you are dehydrated, you see it on your face,” Ambrosio says. “When you've had your share of water, it glows. Nothing is better for your skin than drinking a lot of water and green juices. I also love fresh coconut water bought on the beach.
3. She Does Outdoor Workouts

Ambrosio revealed some of her favorite exercises to Vogue. She says that she likes to do a lot of outdoor exercises to stay in shape. “I love swimming and playing volleyball, either on the beach or in the pool. Jumping right in, and fully immersing myself in the water is my remedy for easing the pressure, when it's all getting a bit too much.”
4. She Takes Fitness Classes

Ambrosio tells Vogue that she does a lot of different exercises to stay in shape. She says that she likes to go to classes at her gym. “I usually go to group Pilates, Barre Core and yoga classes,” she says. “I don't really like training on my own.” Having other people in the room can help people stay motivated and enjoy working out. Ambriosio revealed some of her skincare secrets to Vogue. She says that she doesn’t do too much, and opts to keep it simple. “My daily routine is simple but effective. I cleanse my face, occasionally with exfoliator, and I love anti-aging serums that are packed full of vitamin C. BB creams with SPF are great too!”
