She Plays Beach Volleyball

Ambrosio doesn't just do yoga on the beach, she also plays volleyball when she's there. Ambrosio posted two photos on Instagram over the summer of her playing beach volleyball with friends. She Gets Fresh Air

She Loves Pilates

Ambrosio tells Glamour that she loves Pilates, and goes to morning classes regularly. "Off to Pilates class, where I meet a friend and get in some girl time. It's important to break a sweat every day, and I love the way Pilates makes me feel long and lean."
