She Loves the Tracy Anderson Method

"I've been doing a lot of Tracy Anderson now, and it's a lot of dancing cardio, and I love it. I'm obsessed with it. I have the best time, because the music is really loud and you don't really feel like you're working out. You feel like you're dancing and learning this cool dance move. So that's what I'm into now. Yeah. I might just put a DVD in my room and do all the—you know, look like a crazy woman!" she told E!.

This is What She Does for Her Diet

As for what she eats: "It all depends on the day and if I am working on set or working from home. For breakfast, I usually have eggs and/or avocado toast. After my workout, I usually grab a green juice, followed by lunch, where I usually have a salad along with some chicken or fish. For dinner, I might go for sushi, or grill at home — some Brazilian BBQ. I also have some nuts or a protein bar in my bag all the time in case I get hungry while I am running around," she told Bravo TV.

She Does Pilates

In the mornings, she's "Off to Pilates class, where I meet a friend and get in some girl time. It's important to break a sweat every day, and I love the way Pilates makes me feel long and lean,: she has said, according to Glamour. One study "demonstrated that in active middle-aged men and women, exposure to Pilates exercise for 12 weeks, for two 60-minute sessions per week, was enough to promote statistically significant increases in abdominal endurance, hamstring flexibility, and upper-body muscular endurance."

She Says "Put Your Mind to It"

"I worked out extra hard after having kids," she told E!, "but it's always hard when you have to diet and work out. Just put your mind to it." The Mayo Clinic recommends "getting at least 30 minutes of physical activity every day and even more exercise for further health benefits and weight loss….It also emphasizes moving more throughout the day, such as taking the stairs instead of an elevator."

Here's Advice She Got From Her Fellow Angels

"We all discuss our workout routines when we are together right before the show. Since we are all different, we have different routines, but we all make sure to keep hydrated and eat nutritious meals." They do agreeon one thing: "Usually after the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show, all of us girls get together and eat pizza. Our pizza parties have become a tradition," she added.
