As for what she eats: "It all depends on the day and if I am working on set or working from home. For breakfast, I usually have eggs and/or avocado toast. After my workout, I usually grab a green juice, followed by lunch, where I usually have a salad along with some chicken or fish. For dinner, I might go for sushi, or grill at home — some Brazilian BBQ. I also have some nuts or a protein bar in my bag all the time in case I get hungry while I am running around," she told Bravo TV.

She Says "Put Your Mind to It"

"I worked out extra hard after having kids," she told E!, "but it's always hard when you have to diet and work out. Just put your mind to it." The Mayo Clinic recommends "getting at least 30 minutes of physical activity every day and even more exercise for further health benefits and weight loss….It also emphasizes moving more throughout the day, such as taking the stairs instead of an elevator."
