1. Fuel Up on Healthy Food
Alessandra is all about healthy, clean eating, even when getting ready for a big show. The former Victoria’s Secret Angel told Harper's Bazaar in 2017 she refuses to starve herself even when she has to model lingerie. "For breakfast I usually have eggs and/or avocado toast and after my work-out I usually grab a green juice followed by lunch where I usually have a salad along with some chicken or fish. For dinner I might go for sushi, or grill Brazilian BBQ at home," she said. She also told Glamour she has “a serious weakness for Japanese food,” especially sushi.
2. Try Pilates

Alessandra has been doing Pilates for years, taking group reformer classes. She also takes classes with friends, using it as an excuse to “get in some girl time,” she explained to Glamour. “It's important to break a sweat every day, and I love the way Pilates makes me feel long and lean."
3. Do Yoga
Alessandra is also a big poser. "I love to do yoga as it centers me and also at the same time keeps me in shape," she explained to FOX News. She also loves it because she can get in a quick workout at home. "Since there is a lot to do around the house sometimes I don't have much time to work out, in which case I try to do some stretching and hold a plank for five to 10 minutes.”
4. Weight Train
Alessandra also builds muscle via weight training. During an Instagram video she shared her routine with followers—weight lifting, intense interval moves (including mountain climbers and kettlebell squats) and ab exercises included.
5. Keep Moving
Even when she isn’t exercising or working, Alessandra is moving. "We love going to the beach, hanging in Malibu and playing volleyball… We like going rollerblading and biking, all kind of things!" she told People about her family’s hobbies.
