Ambrosio told The Edit that when it comes to her diet, she believes in moderation, and balance. She explains that she mostly eats healthy at home, with the occasional indulgence, and is less strict when she’s on vacation. “I’m all about moderation and eating something different every day. Obviously I try not to splurge on pasta, but if I’m back in Brazil where everything is pasta- or bread-based — and so yummy — I’ll eat whatever I want, then go back to lots of salads and chicken or fish with veg as soon as I’m back in LA.”
4. She Does Planks and Regular Stretches

She says that she likes to do planks and quick stretches when she has the time. “Sometimes I don't have much time to work out, in which case I try to do some stretching and hold a plank for five to 10 minutes,”

Ambrosio says that she always stays motivated to work out and eat healthy, and she makes sure that her reasons for doing so are positive ones. "I think my motivation is more to stay healthy than look good,” she said to Harper’s Bazaar. Another of Ambrosio’s motivators? Her two kids, as she thinks that being a mom has changed her outlook on wellness. "I think that my workout regime has changed more after giving birth to my children,” she says.
