1. She Eats Clean

In 2017, Ambrosio told Harper's Bazaar that she keeps her meals healthy in the days leading up to the show, like the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show. "For breakfast I usually have eggs and/or avocado toast and after my work-out I usually grab a green juice followed by lunch where I usually have a salad along with some chicken or fish. For dinner I might go for sushi, or grill Brazilian BBQ at home," she said. One of her other go-t0s? She told Glamour she has “a serious weakness for Japanese food,” including sushi.

2. She Does Pilates

Alessandra has been doing Pilates for many years. She often meets a friend at Pilates class to “get in some girl time,” she told Glamour. “It's important to break a sweat every day, and I love the way Pilates makes me feel long and lean."

3. She Also Does Yoga

Alessandra loves to strike a pose….a yoga pose that is! "I love to do yoga as it centers me and also at the same time keeps me in shape," she told FOX News. If she can’t make it to a class, she will stretch at home. "Since there is a lot to do around the house sometimes I don't have much time to work out, in which case I try to do some stretching and hold a plank for five to 10 minutes.”

4. ...And Other Hardcore Workouts

Alessandra recently shared a video on Instagram, giving fans a glimpse of her hardcore weight and strength training routine. Weight lifting, a bunch of intense interval moves like mountain climbers and kettlebell squats, and some seriously impressive ab exercises, were all part of her sweat session.

Alessandra can often be found enjoying outdoor activities with her family. "We love going to the beach, hanging in Malibu and playing volleyball… We like going rollerblading and biking, all kind of things!" she told People.
