1. Her Diet Is Super Healthy

Alessandra eats clean and healthy, restricting herself when has to get ready for an event. In 2017, the former Victoria’s Secret Angel told Harper's Bazzar that she really amps up her approach to health before a big show. "For breakfast I usually have eggs and/or avocado toast and after my work-out I usually grab a green juice followed by lunch where I usually have a salad along with some chicken or fish. For dinner I might go for sushi, or grill Brazilian BBQ at home," she said. She also revealed to Glamour that she has “a serious weakness for Japanese food,” especially sushi.
2. She Has Been Doing Pilates for Years

Alessandra is a longtime Pilates devotee and is regularly photographed leaving class. She also uses it as an opportunity to “get in some girl time,” she told Glamour. “It's important to break a sweat every day, and I love the way Pilates makes me feel long and lean."
3. She Is Also a Yogi
Alessandra is also a devoted yogi. "I love to do yoga as it centers me and also at the same time keeps me in shape," she told FOX News. No time for a class, no problem! "Since there is a lot to do around the house sometimes I don't have much time to work out, in which case I try to do some stretching and hold a plank for five to 10 minutes.”

Alessandra can also be found at the gym. She gave her Instagram followers a glimpse at her intense weight and strength training routine, which consisted of weight lifting, intense interval moves (including mountain climbers and kettlebell squats) and some seriously impressive ab exercises.

Alessandra is all about the outdoors. "We love going to the beach, hanging in Malibu and playing volleyball… We like going rollerblading and biking, all kind of things!" she told People about her family’s hobbies.
