1. She’s Confident In Herself
Collins revealed some of her wellness secrets to Women Fitness. She says that she’s all about being confident in herself. “I’ve always been very body confident,” she says. “And I feel that every woman should be confident in her own body. Stop caring about what others think because it will ruin you. Look in the mirror and love yourself!”
2. She Keeps Her Hair Routine Simple
Collins has amazing hair. She revealed some of her secrets to Women Fitness. She says that she aims to not do too much to her hair. “For my hair, I use Olaplex Shampoo and Conditioner,” Collins says. “I try not to wash my hair too often. I also use all of their leave-in treatments which have allowed my hair to grow long and thick.”
3. She Goes For What She Wants
Collins is all about consistency. She says that she isn’t afraid to go after what she wants. When Women Fitness asked what advice she would give to others, Collins answered that people should go after what they want and stick with it. “Never give up on a dream that you have. Always push for it. Sometimes things take longer than ever but it’s worth waiting around for.”
4. She Uses A Meal Plan
Collins makes sure to eat healthy as often as she can. She revealed to Women Fitness that she uses a meal plan and a delivery service to help her. “I try to eat really healthy during the week. I’m on a meal plan with a local company here in South Florida called Ideal Nutrition. I get a week’s supply of healthy, low-calorie meals that are easy to eat.”
5. She Hikes
Collins likes to go hiking to stay in shape. She shared this photo on Instagram of a hike she took to Camelback Mountain. “I feel like I need to talk more about personal experiences on here. Here’s that one time I hiked up Camelback Mountain with the absolute wrong shoes, not enough water, and no hiking gear. This experience was full of dehydration, sweating, swelling (yes my fingers became extremely large and my rings got stuck on my hands), and seeing throw up on every other rock. Although it was a rough experience, we were able to get to the top, and it was beautiful. Not sure how this was possible but hey, at least I didn’t have a heat stroke. Camelback = 1, Alexa = 0.”
