She Does Yoga
Alexandra is a long time poser. "I do a lot of yoga and am all about treating yourself with love if you're having a stressful day," she explained to Delish. Not only is she a fan due to the physical fitness benefits, but mental health offerings as well. "Yoga helps you learn to deal with stress in a different way. It's a great way to turn your brain off in a world where we're all running around and on our phones all the time. [Yoga and meditation are] an awesome place to start."
Her Diet Is Clean
Alexandra eats super clean. Some of her favorite snacks include Lara bars, a tablespoon of peanut butter, and half an avocado when she needs energy, per Delish.
She Indulges in Cheat Meals
"I'm all about letting yourself splurge now and then," she confessed Delish. Snickers bars, dark chocolate with fruit—"so I can pretend I'm healthy"— and rocky road ice cream are a few of her favorite cheat foods.
She Trains Hard
When it comes to exercise, Alexandra doesn't mess around. For example, to get herself whipped into red swimsuit shape for the 2017 film Baywatch she went extremely hard. "I was doing more aerobic activity and way more weight training, which is something I've [since] incorporated into my daily routine," she told Health, adding "it's not a sustainable [lifestyle] unless you're sorta being paid to do it."
She Eats When She Is Hungry
"I eat when I'm hungry," the star explained to People. "I try to stay away from anything unnatural, but if you are trying to stay healthy and you get too hungry, it will only be more difficult to stay away from things like too much sugar if you don't give yourself what you want sometimes. I'm focused on being healthy and not stressing or obsessing over food."
