She Does A Lot Of Different Skincare Routines

Daddario has flawless skin. And her routine isn't just about using creams. She revealed to Vogue that she does a lot of unexpected things that care for her skin. "Part of my skin-care routine involves the ritual of going to yoga and destressing and meditating and going to acupuncture," she explains. "I think it's really important to take care of yourself and learn to love yourself and love your skin the way it is and keep yourself balanced. I think that all of that ends up helping every aspect of your health, including your skin."

Daddario tells Byrdie that she always remembers to wash her face and take her makeup off each day. She says that she aims to wash her face at least twice a day. "I just try to wash my face every morning and night. Sometimes I forget at night, but even just the whole thing of taking your makeup off before you go to sleep—you have to do things that make you feel good, or you get trapped in a cycle. If you start saying, 'Oh, I left my makeup on three nights in a row,' you're going to start to get down on yourself. So it's the little things that boost you up."

She Loves Yoga & Meditation

Daddario tells Byrdie that she is a fan of yoga and meditation as a form of exercise and self-care. "I love yoga and meditation. It's for everything. It's for your heart muscle. And it's for your soul, mind, and skin. I think taking time for yourself and meditating on gratitude makes a big difference in calming down your hormones and letting your skin be what it should be."

She Goes To Bed Early

Daddario tells Byrdie that she has started to go to bed earlier. "I'm 35, so if I can be in bed at nine o'clock, I am delighted. But there was a time in my life where if no one had called me by nine to go out, I couldn't live with myself. So that's part of your growing-up experience—you can't just tell people to go to bed early and wake up for your yoga class."

She Believes In Balance

Daddario tells People that she believes in balance when it comes to food. "I try to stay away from anything unnatural, but if you are trying to stay healthy and you get too hungry, it will only be more difficult to stay away from things like too much sugar if you don't give yourself what you want sometimes. I'm focused on being healthy and not stressing or obsessing over food."
