1. She Doesn’t Let Herself Go Hungry
For Daddario, eating healthy does not mean starving herself. She tells People, “I eat when I’m hungry. I try to stay away from anything unnatural, but if you are trying to stay healthy and you get too hungry, it will only be more difficult to stay away from things like too much sugar if you don’t give yourself what you want sometimes. I’m focused on being healthy and not stressing or obsessing over food.”
2. She Doesn’t Deny Herself

Also for Daddario, eating healthy doesn’t mean denying herself her favorite junk foods. She tells Health, "I think you have to indulge or the stress of not being able to enjoy what you eat will detract from any benefits you’re getting from eating healthy. Life is really stressful without chocolate."
3. She Strength Trains

4. She Loves Yoga
Daddario also told Muscle & Fitness that she likes to practice yoga as a way of staying in shape. “I do a ton of yoga. I find it more than just physically beneficial, but also emotionally. It’s great to take an hour to just chill out, be away from your phone, and focus on positivity.”

I also love avocados. I’ll cut one in half, put some olive oil and salt on it—that’s a healthy and filling snack.”
