For me, exercise is about getting out of your brain and into your body. I work out all the time and it's not just to get stronger. It's because of the mental lift that you get from it.”

And the fact that your metabolism, that you continue to burn calories after the workout. And that's how they developed it. So, I love Orangetheory.”

Larter tells Parade that she likes to do a variety of exercises. “I mix it all up. So I do hot yoga, I do Orangetheory, I do a lot of band work. And I run outside. And so that to me is really how I mix it all up. I love to sweat.”

Larter has a busy schedule and two kids, which can make it difficult for her to workout. However, she tells Parade that she likes to do activities with her son to keep herself in shape. “I'm trying to get my son actually to start jogging with me a little bit. He was able to bike ride next to me as I went for a four mile jog. And that's part of it in our family is teaching him at a young age because exercise again, it's the only way I think that you can get out of a funk or you can really lift yourself up.”

Yailin’s body isn’t 100 percent natural. She recently underwent liposuction with Dr. Nathaly Bello, a member of the Dominican Society of Reconstructive and Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, who gave fans a glimpse of her surgery on social media. She explained that she worked on the abdomen area and removed fat to define the figure. Roberts revealed some of her favorite exercises to Shape. She says that she works with a personal trainer to help her stay fit. "I work with a trainer, Andrea Orbeck, because I need to get my cardio,” Roberts says. “Our sessions are an hour, focusing mostly on arms, abs and ass—the all-important three As.”

5. She Doesn’t Put Herself On A Strict Diet

Roberts tells Shape that she doesn’t like to restrict herself when it comes to food. She says that she just eats what she feels like eating. "With my diet, I do what feels good for me at the time," she explains. "I try not to say that I won't eat something. Instead, I stay in tune with my body and my mind, and I think, ‘What do I feel like eating?’"
