In 2017, Hammond appeared on the series Sugar Free Farm. In it, she lived without sugar for her entire stint. She tells Express that this helped her in her typical diet. "Why go on the farm and go sugar free and then cheat? I just didn't want to go through the whole getting headaches again so I just thought, 'What's the point?'."

The pandemic inspired Hammond to get in shape. She revealed to The Sun that she received advice from her doctor, which made her want to change things. Hammond says that she wants to avoid certain health issues that could’ve been genetic. "I've never had health issues until then," she explained. "It scared me because my mum had diabetes and I want to be there for my son."
3. She Weight Trains
