1. She Swims

As you can see from her recent Instagram post, Hammond likes to go swimming. She shared this photo on her account of herself enjoying a pool day. Hammond captioned the post, “Give me that Vitamin D!” Swimming has a lot of benefits. Better Health states, “Swimming is a low-impact activity that has many physical and mental health benefits.”

2. She Hikes

Hammond does a lot of outdoor activities to stay in shape. One thing she likes to do is go hiking. Hammond sometimes likes to hike with her friends. She shared this photo on Instagram of herself going on a group hike. Hammond captioned the post, “Glam squads day trip out!! @honister_slate_mine so much fun, thanks to all the team for looking after us.”

3. She’s Motivated

Hammond opened up about her health issues to The Sun. She says that her son was one of her main motivations to be healthier, especially after she started having some issues. "I've never had health issues until then. It scared me because my mum had diabetes and I want to be there for my son. I decided to do something about it. I go for walks and I cut out sugar. I feel a lot better."

4. She Works With Weight Watchers

Hammond revealed on Instagram that she turned to Weight Watchers to help herself eat better. “This is something that I’ve wanted to achieve for a long time,” she writes in the caption. “And I haven’t managed it on my own, so I went to my local workshop and met my lovely wellness coach Andrea and the rest is history! I’m falling in love with the journey and hope you will support me as much as you can!"

5. She Cut Out Sugar

Hammond was a participant in Sugar Free Farm in 2017. She said in an interview that this experience has made her cut out sugar in her life. Hammond also says that she resisted the urge to cheat. “Why go on the farm and go sugar free and then cheat? I just didn't want to go through the whole getting headaches again so I just thought, 'What's the point?' I don't drink, so I'd never gone through this before but it was literally like coming off alcohol."
